NBBU
Warx Recruitment Agency is a member of the NBBU (Nederlandse Bond van Bemiddelings- en Uitzendondernemingen). The NBBU ensures that all laws and regulations are correctly applied and that members operate in a professional and reliable manner. They do this through, among other things, regular collective labour agreement (CLA) audits to ensure correct application of the NBBU CLAs for Temporary Workers and Permanent Employees in the staffing industry. Our NBBU membership guarantees quality, reliability and professionalism.

NEN Certification
Warx Recruitment Agency holds the NEN 4400-1 certification and is registered with the SNA (Stichting Normering Arbeid). This guarantees that our payroll and personnel administration comply with all legal obligations. It demonstrates that we are a trustworthy partner, protecting our clients from financial risks such as liability for unpaid tax and social security contributions and fines for working with individuals who are not legally permitted to work in the Netherlands.

Stichting Normering Flexwonen (SNF)
Warx Recruitment Agency has been awarded the SNF certificate, demonstrating that we comply with the national standard for the housing of labour migrants. This voluntary quality mark confirms that our accommodation meets strict requirements for, among other things: living space, ventilation, hygiene, fire safety, sanitary facilities, and kitchen facilities.

This statement from the Dutch Tax Authority confirms that we have paid all required wage taxes and VAT.

G-account (Blocked Account)
A G-Account is a blocked bank account used exclusively to pay wage taxes and VAT to the Dutch Tax Authority. It protects hiring companies against risks under the Dutch Chain Liability Act (Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid) and against issues caused by any payment defaults by the supplier.
