What can you expect from us?
We value your privacy. We therefore attach great importance to the careful and secure handling of personal data of our candidates, temporary workers, clients, employees, suppliers and visitors of our website. We process personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We conclude data processing agreements with these parties to ensure they also handle your personal data securely and properly. We remain responsible for the protection of your personal data.

To operate and protect our IT systems, we process your IP address and user data. These data are retained for 6 months.

Communication
If you contact us, for example via email, social media or telephone, we may request your contact details. In order to tailor our services to the needs of a client, supplier or other business relation and to explore or establish a potential cooperation, we store personal data about you. This processing is based either on your consent or on our legitimate interests. We use this information to handle your question or complaint and, if necessary, to contact you again with additional information. Your data is only accessible to staff members who are involved in handling your question or complaint.
We use various IT tools, such as email, to communicate internally and with you. We retain a record of this communication for as long as it is relevant for follow-up, accountability or security.
To operate and protect our IT systems, we make use of external server capacity. This means your personal data may be transferred to the provider of these servers. For legal case files, it may be necessary to use and retain relevant personal data for up to 7 years after the last contact. We make use of (cloud) service providers located within the EU.
To measure how clients experience and use our services, we conduct surveys and questionnaires. In some cases, we may request your name and contact details to follow up on these results and keep you informed. This information is processed with your consent or because it is necessary for our legitimate interests, and retained for a maximum of 7 years.
Invoicing and financial administration
To invoice and account for the services we have provided, we process relevant personal data, such as the names of contact persons. For our financial administration and for the verification and approval of invoices, we store relevant information such as the invoice itself and the personal data listed on it. This processing is necessary for the protection of our legitimate interests. We retain this information for a maximum of 7 years after the last contact.
Reporting and audits
To continuously improve our services and business operations, we perform analyses and create reports. We avoid the use of personal data where possible; however, in some cases, we may need to process a limited amount of personal data. Where feasible, we aggregate and anonymise the data so that you cannot be identified.
For the purpose of conducting internal and external audits — for example, audits carried out by our accountants or the tax authorities — we may process the necessary personal data of clients, suppliers or other business relations. In the event of an external audit, authorised parties may gain access to your personal data. This processing is necessary for the protection of our legitimate interests. As soon as you leave your personal data on our website, register at one of our offices, or otherwise request our assistance in finding a job, we process the following personal data.
Registration
Upon registration, we use your data for 4 weeks, or — if you have given consent — up to 1 year to help you find a suitable job. We may share relevant data with (potential) clients.
Job application
When you apply for a position or create an account on our website, we create a profile for you containing all relevant data for your application, such as your skills and qualifications. We use this information to assess your application.
We retain these data:
until the application procedure has been completed, and
up to 1 year thereafter with your consent, to continue to help you find suitable employment.
As part of the application process, we may request references from the contact persons you have provided. With your consent, we retain reference information up to 1 year after completion of the application procedure.

General
To learn and improve, we may ask you to complete internal surveys. In some cases, we also ask for your name and contact details so that we can follow up on results or provide further information.

In the overview below, we describe how we process your personal data while you work for us. Where personal data is shared with third parties, we refer to the privacy policies of the respective parties. Our occupational health service or insurance providers may apply different legally required retention periods.
Communication
To maintain our employment relationship, inform you about your development opportunities, and meet legal obligations, we process your personal data where necessary.
Employment contract and salary
Because you work for us, we maintain a personnel file, which may include a copy of your identity document. We process this information to fulfil contractual agreements with you. Where legally required, we share this data with government authorities and implementing bodies. Retention period: 5 years after the end of employment, based on legal obligations.
Because you work for us, we are contractually required to insure you. We share your personal data with our insurer(s). Retention period: 7 years after the end of employment.
To arrange your pension, we are contractually required to share your personal data with our pension provider. Retention period: 7 years after the end of employment.
If we apply for a work permit for you (e.g., to enable you to work in the Netherlands), we share your personal data with government authorities and implementing bodies. Retention period: 7 years after the end of employment.
To apply for and justify subsidies or wage cost benefits, we process your personal data and may share it with subsidy providers or third parties assisting with the application. Retention period: 7 years.
If special categories of personal data are required for the application, we only process this with your explicit consent. Special categories include data on religion or belief, race, political views, health, sexual life, trade union membership and criminal offences.
If you report sick, we notify our occupational health service. We retain only the minimal data required to stay in contact with you, record agreements made, note whether an industrial accident has occurred, and store recovery-related information that has been returned to us by the occupational health service or company doctor. Retention period: up to 7 years after the end of employment.
To pay your salary, we process contact and bank details. Retention period: 7 years (fiscal requirement).
If you are entitled to a bonus under your contract, we process personal data to enable payment. Retention period: 7 years after the end of employment.
For handling business expense claims, we require your contact and bank details and the supporting documentation. Retention period: 7 years.
If wage garnishment is imposed, we are legally required to share your personal data with bailiffs and creditors. Retention: until the garnishment has been lifted.
Development and performance
To monitor your development and performance, we maintain a personnel file. Tests or assessments you have completed may be included. Retention:
Up to 2 years after the end of employment, or as long as relevant to your current work situation.
Service delivery
If an assignment requires possession of official documents (e.g., a Certificate of Good Conduct), we support the administrative process. Personal data is required for this. Retention: 5 years.
To justify invoices to our clients and fulfil contractual obligations, we maintain an hours administration using your personal data. Retention: 7 years.
We continually improve our services using analyses and reporting. Wherever possible, we anonymise or aggregate data to avoid identification. Retention of reports: 5 years.
To measure how our services are experienced and used, we conduct surveys. Personal data may be processed to improve our products and services.
General
We use various IT tools, such as email, to communicate internally and with you. We retain a record of this communication for as long as it is relevant for follow-up, accountability and security. We make use of (cloud) service providers located within the European Economic Area. This may include sharing your name, contact details, job role and — where applicable — any photo you have uploaded.

For our financial administration, and for the verification and approval of invoices, we store relevant personal data. These data are retained for 7 years, in accordance with legal obligations.
For the performance of internal controls, such as audits, we may process relevant personal data of clients, employees and candidates. Retention: 5 years after the audit report has been completed.
Security and protection
To ensure the safety of our employees, customers and property, our premises may be secured with visible CCTV cameras. You will be notified of this upon entering.
To manage and secure our systems, we use various security measures. You may be provided with a username to identify yourself on our systems. Retention of IT usage log files: up to 6 months. Retention of changes in financially relevant systems: 7 years.
For legal purposes, it may be necessary to process personal data. For legal case files, relevant personal data may be retained up to 7 years after the end of employment (or longer if legally required).
For certain processing activities, we request your prior consent. If you do not provide consent and/or object to such processing, this may impact the services we can provide to you.
For handling claims, we process and retain relevant personal data as long as necessary for the claim. Personal data may also be used for other legal purposes where required.
Automated decision making
We do not use processes that involve fully automated decision-making (including profiling) that result in legal or similarly significant effects for you.
Consent
If you have given (explicit) consent for the processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.
Please note: withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
