Warx proudly holds the voluntary SNF quality mark, which confirms that our housing for migrant workers meets rigorous requirements and is regularly inspected.
In every home, you’ll find privacy and space. All houses are equipped with well-maintained bathrooms, plenty of furniture, and all essential facilities such as kitchen appliances, refrigerators, and washing machines. Every property also complies with strict hygiene, privacy, and (fire) safety regulations.
The SNF quality mark helps us continually improve our housing for our EU employees. But we don’t stop there: while the certification sets the minimum, we go further. For example, when it comes to living space per person, we apply even stricter standards—because we believe our employees deserve only the best.
